Terms of service

Last updated: 22 July 2026

Who provides the service

Letora is a trading style of Hartington Consultants Limited (company number 07775478), registered office 3-5 Croxted Mews, 286a-288 Croxted Road, London SE24 9DA ("Letora", "we"). These terms apply to use of letora.ai and the Letora platform.

What Letora is — and is not

Letora is software for UK letting agents: it tracks compliance deadlines, runs maintenance workflows and keeps rent and payment records with an audit trail.

Letora records financial activity; it never holds, controls or moves client money. Payments run through the agent's own arrangements with their payment providers.

Letora helps you stay compliant by tracking dates, drafting documents and flagging issues, but it does not guarantee compliance and is not a substitute for your own legal obligations or advice. Documents and suggestions the platform produces are tools for your review — not legal advice.

You remain responsible for your obligations as an agent, landlord or contractor, including verifying anything the platform drafts before you rely on it.

Accounts

You must give accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials secure, and ensure people you invite are authorised to see the data you share with them.

Trial and fees

New accounts start with an initial free period as stated at sign-up, with no payment details required to begin. After it, continued use is charged at the pricing published on letora.ai or agreed with you in writing. We will give reasonable notice of pricing changes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content or activity, no attempts to break, probe or overload the platform, no access to other customers' data, and no use of the messaging features for spam.

Your data

Data you enter stays yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. You are responsible for having the right to enter the data you and your team put into the platform.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Letora available and improving, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change features over time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. On closure we handle your data as described in the privacy notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
